Na poziv Kineskog kulturnog centra u Beogradu, delegacija Srpskog dragon boat saveza 16.10.2023. godine posetila je ovo impresivno zdanje podignuto na mestu Ambasade Kine, koju je bombardovao i srušio NATO 1999. god. Inače, Kinenski kulturni centar u Beogradu je najveći kineski centar na Balkanu i jedan od najvećih na svetu.
Predsednika SDBS Nika Cucu, predsednika UO SDBS Duška Spasovskog, člana UO Mirka Radojičića i generalnog sekretara Anu Duduković ugostili su drugi sekretar Ambasade Republike Kine u Srbiji Cheng Kai, direktor Kineskog kulturnog centra Wang Yanliang i generalni sekretar Kineskog kulturnog centra Liu Changhao.
Predstavnik ambasade i direktor Kineskog kulturnog centra u Beogradu su izrazili spremnost zajedničkog nastupa i organizovanja sportskih manifestacija u Dragon Boat-u, kao i zajednički nastup pred državnim organima u cilju veće prepoznatljivosti ovog sporta u Srbiji.
Na sastanku je razgovarano o mogućnostima saradnje i tom prilikom je dogovoreno da prvi korak u budućoj saradnji bude potpisivanje Memoranduma o razumevanju.

On the invitation of the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade, on October 16th, 2023, the delegation of the Serbian Dragon Boat Federation visited this impressive building built on the site of the former Chinese Embassy, which was demolished in NATO bombing in 1999. This stunning construction is the largest Chinese center in Balkans and one of the largest in the world.
SDBF President Niko Cuca, SDBF Executive Board President Duško Spasovski, Executive Board Member Mirko Radojičić and Secretary General Ana Duduković were hosted by Cheng Kai, Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of China in Serbia, Director of the Chinese Cultural Center Wang Yanliang and Secretary General of the Chinese Cultural Center Liu Changhao.
The representative of the Chinese Embassy and the director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade expressed enthusiasm for a joint performance and organization of sports events in Dragon Boat, as well as joint performance before of State authorities in order to make this sport more acknowledged in Serbia.
Ultimately, the possibilities of cooperation were discussed and, on that occasion, it was agreed that signing of the Memorandum of Understanding would be the first step in future cooperation.
